Dr. Cynthia Addoquaye Tagoe is an accomplished academic, researcher, and educator with a deep passion for student development. With more than a decade of experience in higher education, she founded The SWAG Mentorship Programme as a space where students could receive the kind of tailored, personal guidance that transforms not just their academic performance, but their very lives.
She has dedicated a significant portion of her career to mentoring students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her approach is grounded in empathy, high standards, an unwavering belief in the potential of every young person she works with and the love for God.
